La beauté de la fatigue et le frisson de la conquête

Radio Immaginaria: young voices for a more sustainable future

Eroica Montalcino 2025 renews a special collaboration that brings together a love for cycling, digital innovation, and a deep commitment to the local territory. At the heart of this partnership is Radio Immaginaria, the web radio run by teenagers, ready to tell the story of Eroica through the fresh and passionate eyes of the new generation.

Where and when?

On May 25, in the heart of Montalcino, Piazza del Popolo will become the storytelling hub of the event. From their dedicated station, the young voices of Radio Immaginaria will broadcast live coverage of the race, capturing emotions, stories, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments from those who experience Eroica Montalcino not just as a race — but as a true life experience.

A Team on the road: “Heroic Mentality”

But Radio Immaginaria won’t just be behind the microphones — they’ll also be on their bikes. A team of young cyclists will take part in the race wearing a special jersey inspired by the concept of “heroic mentality.” These young riders perfectly embody the spirit of Eroica and the philosophy of Giancarlo Brocci: “The beauty of fatigue and the thrill of conquest.” Their presence sends a strong and symbolic message: heroic cycling speaks to the new generations and inspires them to embrace a more authentic and sustainable way of living.

A Legacy for the future

Through the voices and rides of the Radio Immaginaria team, the values of vintage cycling transform into concrete action for the future. With their energy and enthusiasm, they will remind us that our landscapes deserve care and that the legacy of heroic cycling is something to preserve and pass on.
